AMS Measuring Systems - AMSA 3L

General Information

Schneeberger Monorail AMSA 3L is an integrated absolute measurement system designed for high-demand applications involving long axes. The AMSABS 3L system is based on the roller guides (Monorail MR). The highly precise rail butt joints combined with the AMSABS 3L reading head allow uninterrupted operation across joints and enable the creation of absolute coded measurement axes of any length. This Schneeberger solution provides an absolute interface with various cable lengths for connection to SSI, SSI+1Vpp, and FANUC controllers.

Various lubrication and sealing options for the carriage allow maximum customization to application requirements. The easily replaceable reading head is identical across all sizes.
