Acessories for Monorail (MR) Linear Carriages
Accessories for Schneeberger Monorail MR linear carriages provide reliable protection, extending the service life of linear guidance systems. The wipers effectively remove contaminants from the guide surfaces protecting the rolling elements of the carriages from premature wear. Bellows and lubrication plates additionally safeguard the entire system, shielding it from harmful environmental influences while ensuring consistent and even lubrication.
Front plates and wipers
ZCV (additional Viton wipers)
Made of Viton® (fluoroelastomer), the additional ZCV wipers provide MRW carriages with extra protection while operating in heavily contaminated environments or when in contact with aggressive coolants. Their flexibility allows them to slide along the rail profile, enabling replacement without the need to remove the carriage from the guide.
ZCV wipers can also be used in combination with ASM metal wipers.

ASM (Metal Wiper)
Made of stainless steel, ASM metal wipers are used when it is necessary to remove large, loose debris from the rail. The radial gap between the ASM wiper and the rail is smaller than in the standard MR-4S front panel, which prevents particles from getting stuck.
ASM metal wipers are particularly effective when used in combination with additional ZCV wipers.

SPL (Lubrication Plate)
SPL lubrication plate is used wherever long lubrication intervals are required. Its integrated oil reservoir enables automatic and even lubrication of the rolling elements over an extended period.
It is ideally suited for dry and clean operating environments. In applications where debris may come into contact with the rails, the use of additional ZCV wipers is recommended.

Elements of the Bellows Kit
FBM (Bellows)
As standard, Bellows are available for Monorail rails of sizes MR25–MR65 and are designed to provide additional protection against dust and water splashes. The bellows are made of synthetic fabric coated on both sides with plastic. The FBM bellows cover the entire length of the rail and its cross-section fits the carriage’s front plate.
To mount the bellows on the carriage, an ZPL adapter plate is required, and to attach it to the rail’s front surface, the EPL end plate is needed.

ZPL (Adapter Plate fro FBM Bellows)
The ZPL adapter plate is used to attach the bellows to the carriage. It is made of black-anodized aluminum. For MR25 sizes, the ZPL adapter plate also serves to connect the lubrication system laterally. The external shape of the plate corresponds to that of the carriage front plate, the bellows, and the EPL end plate.

EPL (End Plate for Bellows)
EPL end plate is used to attach the bellows to the end of the rail. It is made of black-anodized aluminum. The external dimensions of the EPL end plate correspond to the dimensions of the carriage front plate, the bellows, and the ZPL adapter plate. The set also includes 2 mounting screws.
